Our Services

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to chiropractic care. All of our patients have different needs and goals, which is why our practitioners create customized treatment plans that may include a variety of approaches.

Manual Adjusting

Our doctors use their hands to manipulate and give specific adjustments to your spine and joints.

Prone Specific Technique

Dr. Krista will use her hands to comfortably apply pressure to any misaligned vertebrae rather than twisting your spine and adjusting all your vertebrae at once. This is a gentle technique for patients who prefer low-force chiropractic care.

Reiki/Energy Work

At our center, we take pride in providing a diverse range of services aimed at addressing various needs and promoting overall well-being. Among our offerings, Reiki and Energy Work stand out as powerful modalities designed to alleviate symptoms and cater to the unique requirements of our clients. Clients often find these services to be transformative, providing not only relief from specific symptoms but also contributing to a profound sense of holistic wellness.

Drop-Table Adjusting

We can use a special table that lifts up and down as you’re adjusted, allowing for a deeper and more effective treatment.

Rehabilitative and Corrective Exercise programs

Regaining strength and developing proper biomechanical function is imperative for your joints and muscles to function as they should. While chiropractic adjustments can help, you may need to perform specific exercises at home so you can better achieve your treatment goals. Our doctors will address any biomechanical dysfunction that they assess during your initial visit and create customized rehabilitative treatment plans.
